PRESENTATIONS and POSTERS:

Preliminary Project/Business Proposal should be submitted to Forum Secretariat before March 23, 2009.

Two forms of Project/ Business Proposal presentation are planed: as an electronic poster and as an oral presentation during the workshops. On the basis of received forms The Organizers will select Preliminary Project/Business Proposal to be presented during the workshops in electronic form and additionally from among them they will choose those which will be also given in form of oral presentation during the workshops.

The Organizers will notify you about their decision before April 10.

Presentation of Preliminary Project/Business Proposals

·         We expect a 6-7 minute presentation, followed by a 2-3 minute discussion period. Please help us to facilitate discussion of your talk by observing the 10 minute presentation limit.

·         We will provide an LCD projector and a PC laptop with a CD-ROM drive and USB drive.

Posters

To fit on the poster boards that will be available at the conference, posters must be prepared in portrait layout, and be a maximum size of: 700mm x 1000mm. Additionally, please be sure to include the following information on your poster:

·         Title of Poster (85pt minimum), author's names (56pt minimum) and institution (fonts Arial, colour black).

·         Be sure that the typeface, font size, and colors used for the poster are legible and easy to read from a short distance (1-2 m).

Poster should be prepared in English. Polish participants are asked to prepare posters two version: one in English  and second in Polish.

Posters in electronic form (PDF or JPG file format) must be received by the Organizers not later than 17th April.

Posters should be left on display from 22nd to 24th April. We will allocate you a specific time when you will be expected to be in attendance beside your poster. Poster sessions will be held on 22ndand 23rd April.

Information included in Preliminary Project/Business Proposal will be published in conference materials.
